VINIRMA Consulting currently looking for Oracle Human Resources & Payroll Techno Functional consultant for one of our clients which is a leading Organization in Oman with the following skill set and terms and conditions.
Skill Set required:
• Degree with 5 to 7 years of experience in implementation and support of Oracle Human resources and Payroll applications.
• Must have at least 4 years of E-business suite (11i) expert level techno-functional implementation experience in following applications: Oracle Core HR, and Payroll. Experience in Self-Service HR, e-Recruitment, Enterprise Learning Management will be a definite plus.
• Must have at-least two full cycle Oracle Human resource & Payroll implementation hands on experience in setting up the applications independently.
• Must have expert level knowledge in defining payroll elements and fast formulas independently.
• Demonstrates professional level of analytical and conceptual ability.
• Excellent communication, presentation and project management skills.
Terms and conditions:
Joining time frame: Maximum 4 weeks
